should I use led or incandescent mini lights for wine bottle lights?

I am making wine bottle lights from Christmas tree light strands, and don’t know which to use. Does the led or incandescent look best in the wine bottle? If I used the incandescent, how large should the string be? I have heard that too many makes the bottle too hot. Has anyone had experience using the led lights? I hope someone can advise me that has tried both. Thanks

Go with LED they are small and produce low heat .
